Return & Exchange Policy

Foulea provides an exceptionally customer-centric return and exchange policy.

Warranty Policy:
1. We extend a 1 Year Warranty on all our Leather products.
2. Claims for Water or Fire damage will not be considered.
3. If you find the size of your purchase unsatisfactory and wish to exchange it, you are encouraged to return your product to our e-commerce team by emailing us at support@foulea.com within 10 days of the delivery date. The items must be unused, in their original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact.
4. In case of a shipping error, Foulea Leather will arrange a replacement within 7-10 days.
5. Delivery and handling charges will be applicable on sale items.

Exchange and Refund:
1) Product sizes may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. (ONLY IF UNUSED; Product tag must accompany the item)
2) Items can also be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. (Only if not used; Product tag must accompany the item)
3) Sale items are not eligible for returns.
4) Exchanges are permitted for sale items within 10 days of purchase.
5) Delivery charges will apply to sale items.

SIMPLE REFUND POLICY:
* Should a customer wish to return an item for any reason, a deduction of 50% from the total amount will apply. (For instance, if the item’s price is 100 Dollars, then 50 Dollars will be deducted as per our refund policy)
* Returns are only accepted within 10 days of purchase. (ONLY IF UNUSED; PRODUCT TAG MUST BE INCLUDED WITH ITEM)
* Refunds will be processed within 30 working days.
A RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR ANY CLAIM
* Customized orders that involve modifications cannot be refunded or exchanged. However, if you receive inaccurate measurements, you can provide us with photographic proof of the erroneous alterations, and we will strive to resolve the issue.

RETURNS: SALE & DISCOUNTED ORDERS
Exchanges and refunds for sale or discounted items are ONLY valid if the product received does not correspond to what you ordered.
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers.
* Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
